Quick Start Guide to Video
Once you have been successful in logging in you will be presented with a video classification screen. This screen helps you refine the type of video you will be making so we can tailor our product package and profile page to your selection. The product package in each case allows you to make a printable product flyer for free or a 15 second, 30 second, or 1 minute video. This selection will then take you to the appropriate Product Profiler page that best represents your production.
Complete The Product Profile page
In order for you to be successful with your production you will need to have 3 things available during the order entry process.
- Digital media of 6 to 12 digital photos or video clips depending on the package you selected;
- A good text write-up for each of the photos;
- A Video Description box that will be displayed under the video title
Upon completion of the profile page, you will receive an email from the team that your project has been started. The production process generally takes about 2 days to complete at which point you will receive an email with the link to your completed video.
Suggestion: Set your spam blocking application to accept emails from Ipoper once you submit your order. This will prevent delays in receiving your “order complete” notification once the video has been posted.
